I placed the order online, and it took 4 attempts to be able to finally get the order placed. When I put items in my cart, and selected the store, it would then kick me off and remove everything from my cart an dI'd have to start over. Then, when I went into the store, and showed my order number, I was told that I didn't have an order, finally the manager went out back and found my order. When I got home, I found out that I had been overcharged for my order. It was taken out of the account, then refunded and then the correct amount was taken out. It definitely wasn't a seamless process, by any means.

The food was okay I probably should have ordered something different no spice in baked potato soup didn't have much flavor.

I had a coupon for $2 off a bakery or dessert item but they wouldn’t let me use it for the strawberries romanoff. I consider it a dessert for someone who is trying to eat healthier and it’s sweet. It’s ok though, I bought it and just got a cookie for my $2 off item.

I like the food here. I like the vibe here. I’d come back again. I tell all my family about it. I like to eat here YEE YEE.

We are regulars. We go to the restaurant at least once a week. One thing we have noticed is that the portions keep getting smaller. The sandwiches used to be full size. Now, a half a sandwich is barely a third of what used to be a full sandwich. If you guys keep this up, we will not consider LM as valuable anymore.

We love the food at Lamads. Always good, although could be bigger portions for the money

The staff was very attentive and compassionate ! Good experience.

The table had some food particles on it. The bread also had some food particles on it (broccoli). While our expectations are not high, we do not acknowledge high satisfaction without someone going extremely above what is normal. Satisfaction is a good score from us.

The staff is somewhat curt and you cannot hear them when you are ordering.
