My food took a little too long to arrive especially since the restaurant wasn’t busy. The food was room temperature upon arrival and cold before I was able to finish.

It was much better tonight then the other night. The staff was very understanding and willing to help. And asked if there was anything they could do.

This location tends to over cook their food and pasteries. Usually to the point of being able to call it burnt. This visit was a tiny bit better than a couple months agao when I was in. I tend to go to other locations because of this.

The Caesar salad is full of the white stalk of the lettuce, hardly and dark green lettuce. It’s like this at almost all LaMadeline restaurants.

The onion soup that my husband ordered was lukewarm. He did not return it. The chicken Cesar salad used to have warm chicken and a lot more of it.

I was not given plastic ware. I was not given napkins. Neither of those items are located in the To Go area.

There was an issue with the Salmon & Lentils (I did not see any lentils and the dish was extremely "watery") which spilled in the bag and the bag tore apart due to the moisture and pour packaging. I didn't realize this until I got home about an hour later. I called and spoke to the manager because I was unable to return to the cafe the same day, so the issue was resolved with a promise to send me complimentary certificates/coupons upon my next visit. Thank you.
