The person bringing the food spilled part of our French onion soup and didn't bring out the sandwich in the Croque Monsieur-soup combo. Furthermore, the diced tomatoes were missing on the pesto pasta dish. It was described in the menu. We sat outside and it took 3 wet wipes and tons of napkins to clean the area. No one came to bus the table next to us the entire duration of our meal.

There were 3 young girls behind the counter during this visit. 1 was doing everything, 1 was kind of dancing around and the other could not figure out how to open a new bag of greens. I pretty much ordering form this location quite a while ago because it is usually overcrowded and my orders are never ready when I get there to pick them up. I thought I would give it another try because I was really hungry for tomato basil soup today. It was the middle of the day and there was no reason for my order not to be ready when I got there. The restaurant was basically empty. Your food is quite good. Please fix the staffing issue in this location. it continues to go downhill...

There was only 1 person working, taking orders and preparing the orders! I must have waited about 10 minutes

Not on this visit but on previus visit, i asked for whipped cream they did not have it. This visit it looks like the same case. I think they are under staffed. Also they may need to train the staff better.

When my son and mother and I walked to the counter. The people behind the register never welcomed us or asked us how they could help us. Both the girl on register and the girl with her were impolite and when I returned to get a dessert the same girl who took my order was behind the counter not paying attention to her surroundings and a kind gentleman who seemed to be either off the clock or on break had to get “sarah’s“ attention in order to pay for and receive my dessert I was wanting. We did not receive a number for our table and we tried to get the servers attention to let her know she had our food. When another server finally got her attention to let her know it was our food she came over annoyed “why didn’t y’all have a number?” I kindly told her we were not given one (she was the same person who was with Sarah taking our order) she seemed frustrated at what I had said. I apologize for the length, I work in the food industry and have for years. I just hope to see the persidio location come up, I have had quite a few problems going there since it has opened. I love the food, and it so close to home I don’t want to have to take my business to another location.

We obviously visited during a very busy time on a very busy day, but that's no reason for the service we received. Service was extremely slow, even after we ordered (which of course you have little to no control of how long the queue is to get in the door and get food ordered). After we ordered, we waited and waited and waited. Once we received our food, clearly the food also had waited and waited and waited. The food was not warm. It was not even room temperature, but pretty much cold. Omelets are not good cold. In addition to cold omelets and French toast, we were missing portions of our order (croissant and cappuccino); we asked for them and you were out of croissants. Really? How can a French cafe be out of croissants? We were offered and enjoyed an almond and chocolate pastry instead--thank you for that. Finally, we highly recommend having Nutella available for croissants. How can one pretend to be in France enjoying croissants without Nutella? In addition to the "complimentary pastry or dessert" offer, due to our food being totally cold, we'd be happy to receive a refund or perhaps a free entree on our next visit (should there be one). Thank you.

The onion soup was evidently made with onions that was past fresh state. The taste was "off" and cause me subsequent burping and recurring bad taste. All else served was good and consistent with LaMadeleins high standards

My family and I frequent LaMadeleine Cafe (Grapevine). For the most part, we are very satisfied with our Dine-In or To Go experience. However, at the Presidio Junction LaMadeleine, I had forgot to scan my APP before I paid for the orders. And, when I asked the cashier if I could cancel the transaction and re-do it, she said I couldn't. I asked her if she could give me credit for reward points, but she said she could not. She just seemed to really "Not Care" to be of asistance to me at all! I contacted this store yesterday and spoke to a manager about my encounter, and the manager was very nice and told me she would take care of the issue I had there. Both the manager (Adrianna) and Terry (General Mgr.) were made aware of this situation.

cashier taking order claimed to not have turkey option for omlet wherein i its the only meat I've ordered in the past. Did not even bother to ask and assumed I would take her word for it. So ridiculous. I asked if military discount was pffered she once again was getting ready to say no to me only to observe me glance over to her associate. I even observed her on a second order ring me up without the military discount and then begin handling a customer's order with the same gloves she used to take ny money. I paid in cash..so nasty won't be back to this location it was apparent she was new and didn't want to find out the answers to a customers questions or either simply didn't care.

This is not a single occasion. The staff is so unprofessional and never can answer your questions. The past four months they never have the basic staples and this was not cause of the covid19 the people take the bakery take out order are so freaking slow and they pack it so it falls all over and I have to readable it when I get home. There is never a wait or a line but it takes 20 to 30 minutes for a take out bakery order. Today the restaurant was dirty tables counter and the floors. And this was my parents first visit and they said they will not be back.
