Cafe experience was great. One issue: no tp in bathroom, but quickly handled when I told staff about it. Second issue: mixup on drink order, but quickly acknowledged and handled so not a problem at all. Cashier & staff were very knowledgable, friendly and accommodating. I want to specifically acknowledge Fabiola for her excellent customer service skills. She had my coffee ready by the time I got to the cashier and later when I told her about a mistake she quickly understood and made me another. Very friendly and considerate the whole time. I love the ambiance and the staff are always very friendly. I’ve gotten to the cashier Ramon over the years. He is a top notch employee.

I ordered a quiche at 7:30 am but I think they are ones from the previous days. They are never hot and look old. In addition, bussing tables isn't regular occurrence. Sometimes we bus the table ourselves. We are regular customers.

The associate that took my order was extremely cheerful. The food was delicious. The cafe was very clean which is very important to me.

The service was excellent. The staff very friendly. The food was timely served. The food tasted great!

This is our favorite La Madeleine in Austin. The food is almost always perfect. At one time, they had an employee who was always sour, but they fixed this and the employee was much better after I noted it on my previous survey. Have always been happy with every trip at this La Madeleine location.

The catering experience was very dependable. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I will definately order from La Madeleine again!

La Madeleine has a very nice vibe that reminds m very much of France. It is pretty clean and the food is very tasty.
