I love the food and ambiance at La Madeline

I love to order an omelet and always add extra chicken & bacon. It can get confusing, yet I appreciate the person's persistence in getting the order correct. I love coming to LaMad!

Great custmer service

The food is good. The service is quick. The employees are friendly.

I always like that the food is delivered quickly, there is no waitress, so you don't have to feel like you're tying up their table. Food is always consistently good; and I like the new rewards program that I joined.

The order was delivered on time and setup perfectly.

I came by to eat with my family Saturday and the line was enormous. Our cashier, Lena, was wonderful but appeared overworked since the other checkout was used only sporatically by a red shirt manager. It also turned out that the cashier also delivered our food and cleared a table 10 minutes later. La Madeleine was definitely short-handed that day. Please look to having two cashiers during busy times.

The waiter took my order with mods & delivered. The soup I ordered was very good. He quickly got my order together.
