I understand that the cafe is busy at the time but I was blatantly ignored by multiple people. There wasn't a line but there was no greeting while I was waiting to order. A simple, "I'll be with you shortly" would have made a world of difference. I love coming her with my daughter but sometimes when I'm not acknowledge in any way, it makes me want to find another brunch location.

I ordered the Caesar salad with chicken. My salad had a hair in it when it was brought to my table. I sent it back with the waitress.

No one walks on water. la Madeleine is a quite respite, for mostly dessert and coffee. You've seemed to change the menu too often. I really wouldn't consider it a first choice for a full meal.

The restaurant was empty, evidently Corona virus fears, have devastated the in-person patronage of your customers... So sad, I would change your corporate policy, and open your doors, somehow someway, you know how to do it... The staff were evidently changing shifts/ staff at the time, so there seem to be some confusion, They were trying hard but they seem to be having some difficulty.

It was average, good food, the restaurant facility is a little tired, the staff was nice, food took a long time to arrive as we waited outside in the heat.

Right after entering, my friend and I were given rules about ordering that seemed abrupt. We were helped anyway. It just felt a little discomforting and the way in which we welcome a guest is an important detail!
