I was concerned when the check out lady at the register gave us utensils and napkins without gloves on. Was also concerned when young man brought out our food with no gloves on.

I would describe my experience as fine. I wasn't disappointed. The restaurant was clean and the food was good, but I wouldn't say that I was wowed by my visit.

The cashier Charles went above and beyond to welcome me and make me feel welcomed. He was very friendly like he has been waiting on me for years. He gave me the best customer service experience in recent years at any restaurant or retail store. I will come back because he gave me recommendations for me to try on my next visit

I rarely rank anything highly satisfied. That would reflect an extraordinary experience and this was not extraordinary but it was satisfying.

Staff was not the friendliest, some were actually very rude, specifically the servers and bus boys. The staff behind the counter was lovely!

Thank God the quality of the food seems to be back. I hope they're consistent. I wish they would never closed the Round Rock (Outlets area) location....The most beautiful La Madeleine ever!!!!

The furniture at this location looks very run down. Also, there are times when I go to this location and many of the tables are not bused yet.

There seemed to be a lack of prep people. There seemed to be a lack of people taking orders. Why not have two order lines in times of high needs?

Portions of the Kale was dehydrated/burnt; ordered the Salmon, kale, butternut squash bowl. Being a Vegetarian my main focus is the vegetable preparation.

I was particularly impressed with my order-taker on this visit. I usually eat at La Madeleine for breakfast so I'm not so familiar with the lunch and dinner selections. The lady on duty, Lena, was very helpful in pointing me towards things I might like and asking questions to narrow down what I'd like. I wouldn't normally get in line without knowing what I'd like but I was kind of swept along this afternoon. The Chican Friand was fantastic. The gentleman bussing tables was also helpful in clearing a recently vacated table but I didn't get his name--very quick, very efficient! It's obvious you hire great people.
