Food somewhat bland and not necessarily amazing in my opinion. Should have gone with sandwich

Needed to request a glass for water and a cup for tea (in other locations the glasses and cups are available for customers to pick by themselves) Food was okay, could be better cooked (my eggs were overcooked)

The onion soup I ordered was not served hot enough to melt the cheese. the staff heated the soup in an oven which was fine however it took increbily to long as our salad was nearly consumed before the soup was served. Also, I wasn't asked what size soup and was served and charged for a large bowl.

Everyone was friendly and the place was clean

The savory pastry does not have enough filling.

The staff seemed a bit spacey or out of it. Maybe they were just tired but they were friendly overall. Just had too repeat myself a few times.

It takes a lot for me to be highly satisfied with my experiences in a restraunt and la Madeleine cafe is a nice restraunt but it still has its short comings.

I purchased bacon as an add-on to my order and did not like the quality of the bacon. It was of low quality but at a high price.

Lettuce could have been fresher. Presentation was lacking effort.

The area to get the drinks is very tight and is a thoroughfare to the bathroom, kitchen, hallway sitting area, etc. So it is not easy to get your drinks and utensils while everyone is passing through...
