Great service

I entered the following as an order note, but the tray still included the parfaits. Would it be possible for the tray to be all tartes, for ease of eating? I didn't want to ask about it in store because I was picking up on way to work and it wasn't too big of a deal. I just thought it would be better if people at my work could pick up tartes without needing to get a spoon as well.

First time here, thought it was sit down. Nothing is perfect, ordered food to go and for here. Told them to put go order in later. All came at same time

Food taste and presentation has always been great! Staff was friendly and efficient when I was placing my order. Dining area was clean and comfortable.

Was told the kids side choice cannot be replaced with a small salad. Not all kids like the fruit option. Other than that and the wait on getting our food everything was good.

Price of food. Temperature of food. Coffee was low had to use two types.

The service was slow. I stood at the counter for a few minutes without being acknowledged. That is often the case at this La Madeleine location.

Not as much chicken on ceasar salad Bread was picked over No one asked at ordering about drinks

This location runs hot and cold on cleanliness and ambiance. I might recommend other locations, but not this one.

They got confused between nine and another patrons order and just couldn't seem to get it. Then, once I thought everything was fixed, the employee went to help someone.else . I waited way too long , like 25 minutes . And my order was ready when I arrived for pick up. Weird right? Not ok
