la Madeleine

I think it took a little while for the server to acknowledge me or she was a little cumbersome. But I'll continue to go back to la madeleine for fantastic food!

it feels at times la madeleine employees are doing the customer favors by waiting/servicing the customer

The tables have not been cleaned

I feel like I'm just satisfied with the experience at the restaurant. I just wasn't really impressed with the food I ordered. Other than that the service was great.

The grilled chicken in my salad was a little dry. The tables were a little dirty. The CondondimentsS and lemons looked used and squeezed.

The food was just about lukewarm (I had the Country French Breakfast), but the place was fairly busy and I didn't send the food back. Taste was good but definitely needs to be served HOT.

The soup could have been hotter. More variety of wine, Otherwise everything was good

Food taste good but disappointed both me and my daughter ordered soup and it was cold .

The staff was great! The food was great! The restaurant was very clean and it was a ease ordering and hanging out and the food came out pretty quick and look and tasted amazing.

Food was delivered cold. My main issue if with the girl taking our order. She refused to speak louder and since she has a quiet voice, she is hard to understand. Especially with a mask. Her name is Kelsey. She is rude and scowls when asked a question. She seems to be annoyed by customers and has no person skills. This is my second time here and I have, along with my friend, the same negative experience with her.
