I placed a catering order on 6/29. When my husband went to pick up the food on 7/11, they had lost my order. My husband had to wait while they made my entire order with my 10 month old waiting. This was a huge inconvenience-this is why I had placed the order ahead of time. It was an hour late to my event. The next day, I noticed on my credit card I was charged $50 more than the price of the food. When I called the store to inquire, the manager said she could not locate my invoice. Finally, I got a call the following day that they would switch the charge on my card and that it would take an additional 5 days. There was no apology. I will NEVER order at La Madeleines again, the service was terrible.

order was not ready when i arrived even though I arrived past my order time. Employee was unprofessional and totally disorganized, she told me she lost my ticket. Then she kept insisting that I choose a drink for my kids meal when I did not order a kids meal. Then when I get home I find that they had given me a chicken salad croissant instead of the turkey and cheese croissant I ordered. I was also disappointed that the cafe was out of the ham and cheese pastry I ordered but of course that was not the employee's fault. I would appreciate getting a refund for the turkey croissant which I did not receive.

1. They didn’t have what I wanted. They were sold out of quiche. Several others in line wanted same thing. This is the first time it’s happened here. 2. Worker didn’t care that they were out of item. 3. There is always something wrong at this location, either service or food.

The soup had a good flavor, but was very watery. I could have sipped it through a straw with no problem. No potato chunks. I did not get all items. Instead I received an extra empty bag. I was not informed of missing item until food delivered. Manager Josh would not refund. Said next time I pass by stop in and he will gladly give it to me. He did not have the delivery person call me to ask what I wanted to do. He said that the delivery person said he would tell me. What good is it for me to know after the order is delivered. I would have allowed a substitute.

I was over charged($100.00) and when I brought it up to the manager he talked to me like I had no idea what I was saying. My supervisor had to call and finally get a refund.

We visit this location during weekend afternoons. There are two things that never changes with this store: 1-Coffee is always cold, without any exception! 2-Wait is too long in the pastry area. Twice we left without ordering because nobody was attending the pastry area. The employees are all in "I don't care" mode. We still visit this location because the pastries taste good. We sometimes visit the arboretum La Madeleine and old-airport one. And the difference is like night and day!
