The store rep. was very cordial, friendly and speedy.

The staff was friendly. The food was fresh. The wait time was short.

Excellent food! And COVID-19 safety precautions were carefully observed.

No one was cleaning or bussing tables. Big problem, given the number of tables unusable b/c of the Wuhan Virus BS. *Every* usable table was either occupied or had dirty dishes on it, and this remained the case through out entire visit (~45 min.) Guests were forced to move dirty dishes onto the "unusable" tables on their own to even have a place to sit and eat. When this happened, staff would finally come and take the dirty dishes off of the unusable tables, but NEVER cleaned any of the remaining half-dozen or so dish-covered "usable" tables. That said, food quality at this la Madeleine location is much better than the one at Great Hills Trail, even thoughthat one's much more convenient for us. (That one has always been dirty, and recently, served slapped-together menu items and room-temperature soups. (On a visit to the Great Hills store about a month ago, I got a Chicken Friand covered in mushroom soup rather than the Bechamel mushroom sauce, with the excuse that they were out of sauce and the soup was "close enough", worse, my wife's soup was barely warmed at all.) We literally drove right past that store to go to Lakeline today.

The bakery is the best. I meet with a friend once a month, except during the shut down. We have coffee sometimes breakfast, but always a sweet from the bakery. Melinda took care of us this visit and we felt welcomed and happy to be there. She made our day with her special kindness and happy outlook.

I am a very orderly and pragmatic person so I like that I can mix and match 3 items on a sampler order yet always get different combinations . And the desserts ate just so scrumptious. I treated a group of friends and we ate outside under a cool clear sky. Perfect.

Good selection of items in the bakery case. Service was prompt and friendly. Items we purchased tasted good and we're fresh. Thank you!

I love la Madeleine when I was dating my husband he toke me there for a date and from there I fall in love.I remember that it was on winter was a very cold day they have the chimney on and we sit next to it cause it was a very lovely dinner we enjoy it .
