Both receptionists were super helpful booking my appointment, going over all of the policies/procedures and what to expect; checking me out; going over the membership/rewards program. Alex was amazing, however I did feel as though he shied away from the only problem area I pointed out. It wasn't enough to make me not want to come back or give him a second chance. I will mention it again next time and ask for extra pressure in the area.

I'm not very patient in waiting so to be received immediately to receive services was very much appreciated. The spa was clean and very serene. The staff was very friendly and professional.

This was the first massage I had in some time. It was both relaxing and comfortable. I enjoyed going to Hand and Stone, and it was better than I thought, since it isn’t a spa like I had gone to in the past.

The masseuse was superior.
