The receptionists were so helpful they went above and beyond. My therapist was AMAZING! he heard me and he did what I needed and wanted.

Micha was absolutely amazing! His personality is infectious and his massage techniques are amazing! He’s extremely passionate and knowledgeable!

Whitni has the best pressure for those with muscle disorders and chronic pain. She is so attentive and knowledgeable! She’s the sweetest person and the reason I stay!

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and their effects. The staff was friendly and attentive to my request.

Darian was awesome. The front desk team was friendly Spa was very relaxing

Right amount of pressure. Knowledge of how to relieve pain. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Only question/issue is the length of service. Had a 90 minute massage booked but only had massage for 70 minutes. Not sure if that is accurate or not. Felt it should be 80.

I enjoyed the experience. My person takes the time to make sure the pressure is good. She always asks if there are any problem areas before we start. I appreciate her attention to details.

Whitney is always great at knowing my trouble areas. She researches need specific to her clients. She has helped me so much with chronic muscle pain from my fibromyalgia. I would really love if you would add cupping to services. I would love to be a trial client for this. I have read some beneficial aspects of this. Kelly Buckman

Tierra did a fabulous job in helping me to relax. She even worked on a couple of knots in my shoulders and released tension in my back. I love coming to Hand and Stone in Reynoldsburg due to excellent customer service and satisfaction.
