I have been a member for a year and a half now and it is well worth my money. Mel is my therapist; she has the perfect touch, knows how to read the room (I'm usually a talker..hahah) but she knows when to engage and when not to. The rooms are always clean and I feel respected the moment I step into the lobby.

Alana is the best. She listens to you and remembers your skin concerns from the previous visit. There is a reason she is always booked! She’s a lovely person and a great esthetician!

The inviting atmosphere and friendly front desk made it easy to relax for my session. My therapist was very knowledgeable and skilled in addressing my areas of focus but not forgetting to still give me a full body massage with the time allotted. The facility was very clean and neat and I love my lavender aromatherapy add on.

I was running a little late for my appointment because I got stopped for speeding. The front desk was very understanding and everyone was still ready to take me back right away. My therapist did such a great massage to relax me and help reduce the stress of receiving a ticket.

I was running late. I called to let them know I would be late and estimated arrival time. I arrived a little later but my therapist was accommodating and did not rush me.

The receptionist was great and made an appointment with a therapist I had not had yet, trying to meet my needs. And Andre totally exceeded my expectations. Incredibly knowledgeable about what needed to be done, very therapeutic, enable to work on areas that most other therapist don’t know to work
