Hand and Stone

The appointment started promptly. I was upgraded to another service without having to pay because of the packages I had. The massage therapist did not talk during our session which is very important to me; I enjoyed not having to make small talk.

I got in the next day when I called. Everyone was friendly.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable therapist, she adjusted her pressure with feedback during the massage. Relaxing massage.

The overall experience at Hand and Stone is great from beginning to end. I never have issues booking my appointments at different times or when I need to reschedule. My esthetician is so knowledgeable regarding the products and has adjusted my lineup to work with my progress the past 6 months. I have not had a bad experience or even mediocre experience so far!

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the therapist listened to what I wanted and followed through with addressing those areas. He explained to me what areas were tight and gave suggestions on how to address those in the future.
