The associates that worked with me were amazing. The only thing I would have changed about the appointment was I the length of the massage, we ran out of time.

My esthetician was very knowledgeable and took the time to get to know me and my concerns. Very nice and my skin looked (and felt) great. Waiting room and service rooms were very nice and clean. A little on the slightly high price end though.

It was a good experience for my first time. Really enjoyed my massage person. Will come back again.

The massage therapist Patty is wonderful. She understands where I was having problems and does a great job massaging it out and doing whatever she needs to do to make sure I am taken care of. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Esthetician was amazing. I bought a product she recommended she was very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be coming back soon, this was the third facial I’ve had and it was the best.

The ladies working the front deck are always very sweet and accommodating! My appointment started late, and they made it right by giving me a complementary foot scrub, which was awesome. Krista is always very pleasant, friendly, kind and makes me feel SO relaxed during my facials. Additionally, my skin always feels and looks amazing when I leave.

I have been a member since June 2019 and I have never had an unpleasant experience at Hand & Stone in Reynoldsburg. It is clean, welcoming and inviting. I have referred folks to the location for some pampering and relaxation.
