Petr is a very talented therapist and listens to what you want. The room temperature is ideal. I have always had a great experience with the therapists at this location.

The hand and stone experience is always pleasant. From the moment I walk in the door I am greeted like family and treated like a VIP. Melanie out front is amazing, and my Therapist Autumn is experienced, profeesional, and personable all at the same time.

Autumn is a fantastic masseuse. Other were good also. Haven’t had a bad experience with anyone but autumn stood out as the best. Not only best at the technical but also easy to talk to.

I enjoy coming to Hand and Stone, the receptionists are always friendly and want you to be comfortable while you wait for your appointment. My massage therapist is great. I can hardly wait for my next appointment!

This was my first time booking an appointment with Hand & Stone. The customer service from booking my appointment to the day I arrived for my appointment was very professional. Kevin, whom I was scheduled with for my massage handled himself in a very respectful manner. He was professional, soft spoken and was able to make me feel comfortable. I had not had a massage in several years and I was not sure what to expect. Mr. Kevin listened and was able to explain the process to me to ease any concerns that I may have. He did not disappoint. I would book another massage with him.

The esthetician was highly knowledgeable and made great recommendations. My skin looked great after the appointment.
