The esthetician follows my personal instructions. I prefer quiet sessions, not all do this. I also prefer not to be sold products which the esthetician do not do.

Between the friendliness of receptionist and the knowledge of my massage therapist it is an exceptional experience. I enjoy the cleanliness of the facility.

Everything went smoothly. My massage therapist is highly skilled and followed my preferences to a T, including respecting that I wanted a quiet session. I tried a new add-on that I had never tried before, and it really helped. My massage therapist always has appointment times available as well, which I don't understand because he is beyond qualified and is a wonderful therapist in every aspect.

The massage Jessica gave me was spot on. It wasn't too hard as I have experienced in the past with others (not from Hand & Stone). I will definitely be back and a friend may be coming with me too.
