I love the friendliness of all the staff. Especially the front desk receptionists. They are always extremely nice and very helpful. It’s nice to be greeted with such warmth both before and after a massage. Makes the massage experience that much better.

This was my first massage experience. They made it a comfortable and enjoyable one. I will return in the future.

Staff is welcoming. Angelic has been my massage therapist for several years and has become a friend. She knows my areas of need and how to work on them so that I feel much better afterwards.

Petre does an excellent job of listening to my requests and providing a great massage.

All the staff including the receptionists and masseurs are very friendly. The only problem I have is sometimes booking on the app it doesn't show available times even though it says there are slots available.

Since joining I have had only positive interactions with staff, both front and back. I am particularly pleased with my therapist…he is always very responsive to my massage needs.

I have used the same therapist since I started my membership 5 years ago. She knows my body well.
