My estitician is highly knowledgeable about skin and products. She is very friendly and kind. I will recommend her to anyone wanting a great service there at Hand and Stone.

Booking the appointment was easy. I did have to cancel my original appointment, then I called back and was able to get back in, just at another time, so that was really nice. Our therapists had some great experiences and were not shy to tell us about themselves. It is nice to get to know someone. Also, my particular therapist had knowledge about some of my particular issues that I had attempted to work out on my own and she gave me some information that I did not know, and educated my daughter as well.

Everyone was nice. Therapist did an excellent job. Super clean and peaceful.

The lobby was very clean and chill. The front desk ladies were extremely professional. One of the best massages I’ve had, period.

The massage was perfect. There was another couple in the lobby while I was waiting that was rather disruptive. Would have been nice if they'd been taken back early to preserve other guests' experience. Will definitely return.

I wish I could afford to go twice a week. But I will try to go at least 1 time a month.
