the entire experience was as I hoped. The facility was clean. staff professional. I appreciated that there was no hard sell for p RT emotions or products and I truly appreciated a coupon to put in my silent auction.

This experience was very nice. Amanda, especially is friendly and accommodating to my massage needs. When I expressed an issue with the face linens appearing soiled, she assured me that the face linen was clean. I asked her to replace the linen as I saw two black stains that hadn’t been removed during the laundering process. I realize that waterproof mascara is difficult if not impossible to remove during the cleaning process. She kindly replaced the face linen at my request and all was wonderful. Amanda is very proficient and professional during my entire experience at this Hand & Stone.
