My therapist was excellent and worked on my tight muscles, I was able to relax and get a good nights sleep after my massage

I have been a member at hand and stone for the last couple of years and have not experienced any unpleasant or bad service. My facials are very refreshing and my massages are always comfortable.

Reception staff professional (Ruby?) and friendly but not pushy about upsells (which is a common turn off at these type of places). I'm surprised Stephen is still working there every time I make an appointment with him because hes an excellent massage therapist who probably deserves higher wages than hand and stone provides. Give him a raise!!! I will continue my membership as long as he stays. Why do you even bother with all the products for sale? It looks tacky and takes away from a pleasant spa environment. Looks like a TJ Maxx display. Product sales are likely such a low revenue that you could probably make more money focusing on other key business drivers. Stick to massage services...not Skincare and other body products that sit so long on the shelf the boxes are dusty.

The staff was very friendly. My massage therapist, JoJo, was very good. She was very detailed in her work and focused on my problem areas. There was no time wasted. Very efficient.

I loved Mary, she was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable.

The therapist listened to my issue. She performed manual therapy where it was needed. And she was very courteous and professional. That's pretty much all I could ask for.
