This was my first facial ever; my esthetician made me feel very comfortable.

Ambiance was great. But it was the massage therapist, Steven, that was the star. He did new things to my neck and shoulders(I have arthritis, cervical ddd and 2 shoulder surgeries)that had me totally unlock and relax. Also something to my hip flexors that unlocked those. I go monthly to Simply Kneaded by me and have had massages for years. This was the best, most effective massage ever. Thank you Steven!

Reception staff very friendly and professional. Notified me of specials but never felt pushed to buy. Brian a knowledgeable massage therapist and gave the best massage ever that attended to where my body needed more pressure. Thank you everyone.

Sharon was helpful explaining my options in booking my appointment. I went with my daughter and our massage therapists, Steve and Amanda, were awesome. I'm sure I'll be returning again.

Cleanliness, overall experience, and ease

I arrived a couple of minutes early and the cute receptionist greeted me. Within a minute, my esthetician,Muriel, got me and took me to a very nice room. I was comfortable on the table and with Muriel. She is obviously very knowledgeable and I had a wonderful facial. I signed up for your monthly program.

AManda was an excellent therapist!!! Very nice, and perfect massage. I will be rebooking in 2 weeks!!
