Excellent masseuse and friendly receptionist. Previous appointment to mine ran late; the receptionist added aromatherapy to my treatment for the delay.

The massage therapist, Diana, provided the best service that I have had in years!

The receptionist at Lane Forest office (Alyssa) is always very friendly and efficient. Esthetician’s cycle thru it seems, but it’s challenging times. Service has always been good but it’s also nice to develop relationships with an esthetician. My only issue with last visit was lack of inventory on some products. But they were getting in a week.

I always feel comfortable and relaxed when I come for my facial each month. I always look forward to my time at Hand and Stone❣️

Jane is an awesome therapist and I am very impressed with her professionalism and skill set. This location is like a different planet compared to the Laguna Beach location, I'm so much happier with this location. Same company two different experiences!

I was very pleased with my esthetician. She was easy to communicate with regarding pressure and creams.

The location is convenient for me and the staff is warm and welcoming. They strive to accommodate my schedule to the best of their ability. They take care in being cautious since I have a fragrance allergy.

Hand and Stone Lake Forest is well managed and maintained. Friendly and knowledgeable assistance and suggestions. I will drive the extra five minutes to go to this spa.
