After some months away, a massage was definitely needed. The ease from making an appointment to arriving for services was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to go back in a few weeks!

The therapists are good. The corporate piecemeal nickel and dime game to upsell services is objectionable, particularly since you no longer reward your long standing members who used to receive a nominal discounted member rate. Your $10 charge for extra pressure is nonsense.

This was my first time here and it was very nice. I ended up signing up for a membership with the manager, she informed me of the discounts and all Hand & Stone has to offer. I like the fact if I don't use the service one month I can let someone else use it. The one thing I think is that you should not charge a additional $10 to do so. Maybe you should re-think that.
