First the facial: didn't put a head band to hold my hair. Second: didnt touch my neck because it is a charge which usually is part of a facial Third: during the 15 minutes waiting for the mask to set; usually they massage hands. It was a charge. I will try again next month

The website mentioned that hair removal was WAX-FREE and never sticks to the skin. However, I believe my person mentioned that it was two different types of wax being used and sometimes it would stick to my skin and she had to use a strip to remove it off my skin. Unfortunately, the type of wax or how the product was wax-free was not explained very well even when asked. The website also mentioned that it would be less discomfort than waxing, however, I feel like this was worse than regular waxing the last time I went to European Wax.

The therapist that is my favorite had no appointments available until the end of the worked with my schedule. The therapist I had was good but was hard to understand sometimes when he talked.

Booking appointments can be somewhat painful. Many times I would call to schedule for both myself and my fiance, but would be told to use the app. The problem is I cant schedule both through the app and had to switch logins and hope the times would match up. Either fix the app so that multiple memberships can be managed and booked at once, or be more supportive over the phone with scheduling. Also many times we would be told there was no availability, only to receive an email the following morning showing multiple time slots available. Overall, very poor in this area.

I was not a fan of my face being touched during the session and did not expect it since it was not mentioned to me during the visit however it could have been the therapists style just would have preferred it would have been brought to my attention or asked. Also, during the scalp massage only one side was focused on and not the other I am not sure if it was because of timing issues since I was stuck in constriction traffic but it would have been great to have the complete experience.
