The massage was ok.... There were a few times that I winced under his pressure and he didn't seem to adjust. He did a nice job... it felt workman -like, not a lot of passion. When he asked me for a tip while I was still in the zen space of the massage, it really threw off my calm. Then when I was charged for products, even tho I was not told ahead of time there would be a charge, I left with a sour taste. (they took responsibility for the lack of communication and I ended up not being charged)

I thought it was a good overall experience. I personally am a little awkward with massages so the only comment I’d add is I don’t love talking during them. Not a knock on you or the massage therapist though, great service.

Advertisement offered free upgrade if I booked an appointment "this week" - which I did. When I went in for appointment, receptionist told me that the offer expired the day before. In the end, I insisted and she allowed it; but I should not have had to insist.

It doesn't feel like your massage therapists have much of a presence. By that I mean, I couldn't find a therapist's profile with their experience, expertise, just anything really to make them seem less like a massage robot.

The extra charges were not explained to me when I asked for deep tissue and cbd oil.

See previous comment under another section on here. The last guy who worked on me was great. I believe his name was Steve. No complaints with Steve.

Therapists frequently change so when you get used to one, they seem to move on. That’s my only frustration.
