When I scheduled my appointment, I put in the information that I would be using a gift card and supplied the number. It wasn't until I was checking out that I was informed that the card could only be redeemed in the state it was purchased in which was NJ. The receptionist was wonderful, and I don't have an issue with her (she was extremely professional and polite). What I don't understand is, that since I had to give the card number when I booked my appointment 2 days prior, why wasn't this issue with the card detected and me notified? I'm very lucky that I had a credit card with me and was able to pay for my service. I usually don't carry another card when I am using a gift card.

She did not introduce herself. I had to ask her name. I felt greasy afterwards. She gave me a towel saying you can wipe off the oil. I have had massages in the past and they help wipe the oil off. I don’t like to be negative but being honest.

Over a month ago I requested a cranial sacral massage and a few days before the massage Hand and stone canceled the appointment because the therapist was out. I did this the second time. On the day of the massage I was told that the therapist did not do cranial sacral. I was told I would be comped; The receptionist didn’t ask me about booking that next appointment and basically let me go without following up. The people on the phone and the Front desk do not seem very educated as to how to do their jobs. Having my specialty massage canceled twice on the actual day of the service was very disappointing.

My appt. was changed without my knowledge....My computer was interupted and land land was canceled because of carpet installation.

I was satisfied with my experience and the massage. I've had quite a few massages in my life so I have had some absolute amazing ones that are hard to compare to. There was nothing that was wrong or anything or even anything specific to make it better.
