It was difficult to find the covid pre screen form online as the LINK was not included in the confirmation email. I had to login on the website to access it but only found that out by searching. The therapist ended the massage abruptly….just stood up and said she would be waiting outside after I dressed. She was not outside the door. I did not see therapist at all after the massage ended.

Awesome customer service both staff and therapist.

Appointment availability is a challenge.

It was a nice to get a massage since it has been sometime since the last massage (precovid); I think that it was relaxing but could of been a little more "deep" or harder to get some of the knots that I had but for the most part the massage was satisfactory and did help release some stress and toxins; I think I just need to look into some other relief as well and perhaps, due to the change of my eye prescription and new job may have been increasing the tension and stress in all areas of my body.

Service seemed short, only about 40 min No extractions done or even checked for. That has been part of prior facials.

There was nothing I wasn’t unhappy with

It was a pleasurable and relaxing massage. It helped alleviate some of my problem areas. I should have scheduled a longer massage time to focus on all the areas that were bothering me at the time. Otherwise, I am highly satisfied with the experience.

The air conditioning was working during my massage and covered the ambiance music.

I have been going to the RSM location and getting the dermalfusion treatment which this location does not offer. I am also used to the table being heated which was not the case here and I was a little cold throughout most of the treatment. These are just location complaints not anything against my aesthetician Sara who was great.

All the employees are amazing. But I cannot get appointments most of the time. And when I do, they will get frequently cancelled. I have been a long time believer but the lack of availability may lead me to cancel my membership ...
