Hand and Stone

(1) The uncertainty in filling out the pre-massage materials. (2) The massage began 15 minutes after the scheduled time.

I added an enhancement service such as the aromatherapy scalp massage. She sprayed PEPPERMINT ln my hair & that's it. I don't think the esthetician is familiar with this service. I used to like the service I get from Hand & Stone., but I guessed they have change the way they do things. Time to move on and try some other facilities. Thanks for the yrs I've been with you.

Late appt. hard to get available spots these days

Appointments were hard to come by. Had to book several weeks in advance.

Not enough pressure and didn't work out the knots.

The facial was great, but short. The doors opened 15 mins late, and appointment started 20 mins late. Facial was less than 30 mins, which is too short for the cost.

I wasn’t fully satisfied because the appointment began late & my time was cut short. Other than that, everything went well.

I was satisfied with the service. I was not ecstatically highly satisfied, as some of the pressure was too much, while others were light. Although I slept better that night (thank you!), as many of the tensions were released, I was not extremely relaxed during the treatment, as some parts of the massage were painful.

From experiences at other places getting facials, there were often massages during parts of the service (neck, arms, scalp). I also like more thorough extractions.

The air conditioning duct was blowing directly down on my shoulders during the entire massage. I mentioned this, but I was chilly and uncomfortable regardless of how warm the table beneath was
