Hand and Stone

I asked for an upper body massage and she did not massage my arms. She said she concentrated on the other areas. After I mentioned it, she did give me a short arm massage.

The cbd add on wasn’t effective at all. I was brought back at 10 after, waited until 20 min after to get started and ended at 15 til.

The appointment I had before this one was supposed to have the salt stone added for free, as it was on a wednesday, but didn't. I was told it would be added to my next massage. Again, I didn't remember this until leaving to store after my appointment, so I didn't remember to remind my therapist about this beforehand. It's just very disappointing to have a service being offered for free, and then not getting it at all. I come here for self care as I suffer from Anxiety and depression as well as pain, and when I remember this after the fact, it makes me feel like I am not good enough. Silly, I know, as we are all human and we all forget things and make mistakes.

I don’t appreciate the pressured sales each time I come for a service. I don’t need to explain that I can not afford to enroll or buy products. The receptionist is always informed I am there in a gift certificate from my sister. Constant up selling detracts from my over all service and reduces the relaxed feeling obtained during the massage.

I have been very happy with my facials and my husband very happy with his massages Every time! This is why I stayed a member thru this pandemic. I will not use the same person again. My facial did not include any neck massage? and I had to seek the gal to tip her after I was done...it felt like the session was forced - even the products being applied was in a rush- maybe one of my worst ever- too bad

I have a friend who usually does my massages, but is unavailable at this time. It took at least a year for her to know exactly what I wanted/needed. Jane was great and very open to me giving her pointers on what I wanted, but it’s not as satisfying when you’re having to work with someone new.

Mary was very kind but talked through most of my massage which prevented me from being able to relax as desired. Additionally, the Himalayan salt stones were applied very little throughout the massage and was not worth the up charge. I have had the Himalayan salt massage at this location before by another therapist and the salt stone was constantly in their hand was was used for a majority of the massage. I had that expectation and was disappointed that the stone was hardly used during this visit.
