The Lake Forest, CA location is the most friendly and easy to get an appointment that works with my schedule compared to other locations.

During check in the receptionist had a warm smile with a personal greeting. She was well aware of the services provided. My massage therapist understands me very well and helps me to relive the aches and pains. Am very much satisfied in the service what I recd.

Amanda was very efficient and gave me an excellent massage

Balto is very good, and he shows a lot of care in what he does.

Balto was a very good therapist, I have been looking for a male therapist in my area since I like a little bit more pressure in my massage, the flow was continuous and made me de stress to the maximum.

I called pretty last minute and was able to be accommodated. Upon arrival, receptionist was warm and greeting. I asked some questions about some products and she was very knowledgeable. My massage with Balto was very nice and relaxing. He was sure to focus on my problem areas that needed extra attention. The scalp massage add on was amazing. Treating myself to a 90 minute next time.

Kelly is a wonderful aestetician. You need more therapists. Not enough open slots to schedule unless you go many days out. Inconvenient. My last massage was cancelled when the therapist called out. This is the second time at this location. One more strike and you’re out.
