Carla was amazing! I got an appointment same day since someone cancelled and I’m so glad. She used such an amazing amount of pressure on my aching back. I left feeling so much better and cannot thank her enough. I will definitely be coming back to see her. I already pre booked!

I had both a facial and a massage. Both were very good experiences. Staff were very friendly and communicated a lot with me. The facial was very relaxing and the products used were numerous, each having a special function. She was very solicitous about making the setting warm enough for me. I especially appreciated the work on my stiff shoulders. The masseuse pressed on a lot on very sore pressure points in my back and feet. The end result in the following days was that my posture was much improved, pain was less on standing upright.

Balto is the best therapist I’ve had in over 40 yrs of massages. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Nice clean quiet facility.

New to location so I am trying all the different estheticians and masseuses. Wish there were more females as I prefer the pressure used by them.
