Balto is very good at his job and is very professional. He checks in on how you are feeling during the massage and asks you how the pressure is feeling.

I have a hand and stone closer to my house but come to this one because I love my massages with Balto. He is very professional and great at what he does. He is modest with his draping and I always feel safe, comfortable and relaxed. Very kind and always gives a wonderful massage.
