"I recently took my car in to have the drive belts replaced and the ABS sensor repaired. Paul was the Manager on duty. He was very knowledgeable, personable and scheduled the repair immediately. All services were performed perfectly and at a fair price. I also spoke with the servicing mechanic, Raesean, who explained exactly what was done because I had several questions. He too was a most knowledgeable and a friendly and helpful gentlemen. Excellent service, professional staff and a fair price, I will return!"

Quality service and performance. Only problem was when calling them with question I was put on hold for over 10 min. almost to the point of my hanging up and canceling the service.

My tires were rotated despite the CarFax entry.

John at the counter told me how long it would take and he was right on the money. The techs patched my tire and I was totally happy with the results and the price.

ALL of the staff (Except one I believe) has changed since purchase of two tires in January of 2020. Must assume the young mechanics knew what they were doing.The place is absolutely filthy and disgusting. I will find another Tire Kingdom to have rotation and alignments performed.

They stayed late to fix it past their working hours.

The staff and service provided was the usual TK excellent. The waiting area at this facility was a disappointment compared the store I used for several years across town (University Pkwy - Cyrus is great!). They had a pair of work spaces that I made very good use of while waiting for my car, which I always do.

Manager was a pleasure to work with. Work was done well and I am highly confident in the result.
