Great service

The store manager was very friendly and accommodating. Other employees including technicians and check out employee were also very nice. Gained our trust and confidence in the company. Appreciate this very much since most places tend to rip people off.

Overall it was good. I went there on a Saturday afternoon and there only seemed to be 3 working including the technician booking the vehicles in an out. I had to wait just over an hour before they even looked at my car. Other than that the service was good when it happened and the price of everything was ok

Everything was done very well

It took 3 hours to install 4 run flat tires and align the car. Seems like run flats are a challenge. I don't know why but it seems like there should be a better way to do it faster.

On-Line experience is great...for ordering tires and set appointment.

From being able to easily schedule what I wanted done online, as well as having someone get back to me right away to confirm the appointment, pricing, etc; to being greeted, treated & taken care of in a friendly & professional manner, all helped in making my experience go smoothly. I wasn’t pressured into having anything done that I didn’t want to, yet was offered services that were felt needed to be done in the future, & was shown & had everything explained to me. I will definitely be back for further work on my vehicle.
