Everything was amazing! The service was very thorough and efficient. I normally wait hours on end when my car is being serviced at other places but I was in and out in less than 45 minutes which I loved! Aside from that Luis Reyes really made the overall experience the best with his impeccable customer service skills. Thanks again!

I bought a tire from them a few months ago and it picked up a nail and they said it can't be patched and they refused to replace it because I didn't have road hazard. They wanted me to purchase another tire and I would not. I found that unacceptable.

When I took vehicle in I forgot to give them a $25.00 off $100 coupon. I called the next day when I realized it. Explained my farther just passed away and my mind has been all over the place so forgot. They would not accept coupon because purchase was already done

I was acknowledged as soon as I entered the store and processed. I was told the wait time and specifics. I was showed the waiting area and it was clean and quiet.

I made an appointment and they took my car in at that exact time. They gave me an estimated time that they would be done and it was within a couple minutes of that time. They did an inspection of my car and found problems that I did not think I had with my car and gave me the prices and got it done within that estimated time as well.

Like always, it was a pleasantly accommodating visit. I am always treated with kindness and they are always happy to answer any questions I have. Never had a problem with this location and I always reccomend to the people I know.
