Talked with Rich on phone to make an appointment and order tires. Very helpful. 2days later came in for our tires Michael Taylor checked us in, very professional & nice, He wrote down the time to be back for our car, we came back a half hour early & it was about done. Paid our bill. Marty was our Tech. he also was very nice & professional answered a few questions we had and off we went. A great store to go to!
