Service Manager went out of his way to work me in for a flat tire repair. However, did observe discord among staff-which was not pleasant to witness

Great personnel working the front desk. Fast, friendly techs servicing the car. Knowledgeable about many parts of the car which needed service. Ready to take a long trip and wanted to make sure everything was set for it. They did a great job with it.

Done well and on time. They showed me potential problem I may have with my new tires due to the car being out of alignment.

Resolved the issue of losing air in newly purchased tire. Quickly resolved. No charge.

Friendly service. Showed up without appointment and worked me in to schedule as quick as they could. Fixed hole in the tire, put spare cleanly back in storage, and even repacked my jack and accessories back into it's storage. I also had a low oil light on and had thrown a quart bottle onto my back seat with a plan to pour in myself, but they took care of that as well. And with my Road Hazard coverage on the tires the whole thing cost me $0! Great job!

They looked at my brakes and put me at ease. They didn’t try to sell me any Thing and showed me I didn’t need brakes.

The person at the desk was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The wait was short. They had my replacement battery in stock. The place was clean. The service professionals were groomed and their uniforms were clean. Overall a great experience and I will be back.
