The service rep was not patient to explain and just hang up phone while talking

Mark took me out and showed me why I was having the issue with my spare tire not coming down.

Service was done within the time that was promised. They forgot to reset the car service computer and I had to return to get that done. Price was comparable with other shops in town.

They were fast and got it done like pros I really like coming here.

They are a little slow and the waiting room is discusting.

Inspected my car and given what exactly needed to change for my car.

Came in with a screw in my tire and they replaced my tire without a service appointment. Service desk staff very nice and kept me updated while I waited.

Staff was very unprofessional and tried to over charge me which I didn't let happen.

I was highly satisfied.

The guy failed to tighten the lid and oil spray all over the inside of the hood and leaked on the floor of our garage.

Mark (Service associate attended my request) took care of the tire issue without any hesitation on time. Appreciate your help, Mark to get this taken care on time and as promised.

We went in to replace a tire under warranty and get a second one for the drivers side in the back to try to balance it our more. We had been told one price the day before and was charged over $100 more. This is the last time we will ever deal with NTB.
