Well, when I initially showed up for my appointment I was told that the wearhouse sent the wrong size tire. It took less than an hour to track down my tires and call me back. I was back the very next morning to get my tires installed. The fact that the the wrong tires got shipped didn't even bother me because the folks working in the store were able to solve the problem so darn fast, and they were really friendly.
