Great experience!

I didn't need to talk about my repair. I hit curb & burst my tire. I simply bought a new one (BF Goodrich) like my 3 others I recently bought from you.

Somehow the last tire rotation by NTB was not in your system. I tried the tab to update and that went to A non-working site.

The employees were super nice, fast and efficient!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, I asked them to please check the front driver side brake because it was squeaking. When they called me, they didnt check it. The service person who checked me out said that this is not the way service will be done on the further. I said I would call back to reschedule but im very busy and it should of been checked like I asked. I dont know if they are going thru a new management change, but they need to get there act together.

Great service and this was the quickest Ive ever had my tires put on.

they put my mileage in carfax wrong! would have given 5 stars if not for that.

"This is the second time I've taken my car to NTB and had oil all over the steering, door handle, and inside of the door after having an oil change. I understand changing the oil and working in a shop isn't the Cleanest environment, but it would be great if a little more care was taken to not transfer it to the interior of my car. Also, the rotation. That was done has left my vehicle with a nasty vibration. I have gone to NTB in the past specifically because they offer a more affordable oil change. I don't believe I will be bringing it and from now on will probably just pay the extra ten dollars to have my local mechanic do it."

Ross scheduled the appointment (I have found scheduling online doesn’t always work). He checked me in & listened to my request to check my tires before deciding whether they needed to be rotated or replaced. They still have some life. And then he priced out replacement cost options for a future purchase.

I being using NTB since Florida I always had a great experience with service, I live in Hendersonville, but don’t mind drive the extra miles for the service. Have a wonderful 2023

I like the service the people employed it’s clean with a place to sit and see out. Like the fact that I can connect to internet and do work while waiting for my car to be serviced.

Very nice folks, quick, took good care of my truck. Made sure I was comfortable while I waited. The wait want long
