I brought my car into the NTB Laurel shop to have a flat tire replaced under warranty and my oil changed. I called maybe 1.5hrs before needing to drop it off on my way to a baby shower and TJ was amazing. He fit me in under short notice and on a Saturday and even gave me an estimated total before I left the store. That’s just rare these days. When I picked up, the store manager, Keith, greeted me and went over the completed repairs as well as the recommended - all estimates broken down for me clearly. Phenomenal customer service from drop off to pick up. The tech, I think his name was Bernard, even came out and showed me the source of a noise I didn’t mention when I dropped off. Of all the places I’ve had service my car since I first heard the noise, this is the only location that made note of it. They even educated me on what, where, and how serious! I chose this NTB because it was on the way to an event I was attending (it’s about 40 minutes from my house) but after this visit, it’s the only place I’ll be taking my car for future services and those recommended repairs.

They dont do tire rotation and bad customer service will never go there again
