Worst service ever. I will never go back there unless they have to do warrantity work on what they already fixed. Car bought in Saturday said it would be done had to order part would be done on Sunday. Called 9:30 am on Sunday car will be done in an hour. Called back at 11 am something still wrong with the brakes won't be done until 2 car was not done until 4pm. I came by at 2 pm sent my husband home with groceries to be told it would be 45 more minutes. Manager not even apologetic.

I love this NTB, TJ is great. Always informative and I trust hat he tells me about what I need at the moment and what can wait. There is also a new young male who is very pleasant. They go above and beyond to make sure Im ok.

To begin, I attempted to schedule my appointment over the phone but I was having issues with my phone. It kept fading in and out and Nicholas couldn’t hear me. Instead of simply hanging up, he did his best to schedule my service without having all the information he needed. He was very patient and when I arrived, he was expecting me. It was nice that he remembered who I was and held my spot from a phone call. They fit me in today, although they were booked, and even apologized for a very short delay (even though they went out of their way to accommodate me). Everything they were doing to my car was clearly explained, and the mechanic even provided me with a printout of my alignment before and after. Every person I came into contact with at this location was professional, patient, and courteous. I will definitely be coming back here again soon.

Great customer service, I was alerted of my vehicles status and they checked to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. Big change from what it was like at this location 2years ago.

I was running late for my appointment so I called to give a heads up and teejay gave me the okay and he got me in and out in a Timely manner

Staff was friendly , respectful and fast . Every time I come I always feel welcome

I must say, the staff is the best group of men that I saw helping and communicating very well with each other. If i had to grade this site, I would give them a 100. Keep up the good work staff

TJ has excellent customer service he is the first point of contact when I Walk in the door. He has great mannerism. He answer all question. Keeps you informed on the status of your car. The other techs where friendly as well. Very efficient. Thanks for such great service. R.Moore

Teejay was extremely helpful in allowing me to walk in and drop off my car for an unscheduled oil change. He even went out of his way to provide me with above and beyond services when helping me find coupon codes.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming to me when I came in with my vehicle and and answered all of my questions clearly. Loved working with them
