Great team at NTB. They're very knowledgeable about my 2018 Honda CRV even when I had fears about changing the Transmission Fluid so soon. By the time I left the shop I was relieved and my car drives smoothly

Patrick and Kevin were 2 technicians short this day and were so busy working hard to pick up the slack. They deserve a raise for their dedication and patience to keep the day flowing. I wasn’t able to notice they were short staffed until they mentioned it because I had gotten service as if everything was running with the appropriate amount of staff.
