It took no time to get my car in and out for my oil change. I usually go to Precision Tune Auto and the wait time is ridiculous. I like that I was in and out at NTB and received a Tire Rotation included in the price. For the same price at Precision Tune Auto there's no Tire Rotation.I will say Precision Tune Auto does an inspection of the entire vehicle after the oil change and lets you know of anything wrong. I appreciate that. I didn't receive that at NTB.

Multiple tire options were in stock.Dropped vehicle off before appointment and was able to have work done before my actual appointment time. Also Jessica provided the best customer service I've had at NTB.

Came in early one morning in dire need of a quick tire repair for a state legislation meeting in Greensboro. I had an hour and a half drive in the NTB in Garner North Carolina took care of me very quickly got me on the road and I made it to Greensboro in time. The staff was friendly and professional.
