My son's car battery needed to be replaced. It was not in-stock. He said it could be ordered and in the store in 20 minutes. We got there and the wrong battery was sent. It was ordered correctly, but was sent a different one. The second one got there, it was still only 20 minutes. Awesome service!!

Thought i booked a service appointment at the Garner NC store, but somehow mistakenly booked at a closed down location. Jessica as able to see this error in the system and was able to work me in with minimal delay and wait time. She was extremely helpful to myself and everyone else I saw and heard her interact with.

we all experience customer service every day.... usually not very great. Jessica and Dennis were absolutely amazing, probably the best service I've had anywhere in years. From the sale where Jessie fully explained all the tire options to installation with Dennis... absolute TOP NOTCH.

I had a wheel alignment and they did an outstanding job. I've taken my last three cars there because of the excellent alignment machine they have. The work was excellent but I had to wait an hour before they started working on my car even though I had an appointment.

Jessica and Dennis were both wonderful. I got a flat tire and I needed to drive to upstate New York. They squeezed me in and got the new tires on for me I’m so thankful.

Impersonal, rushed, didnt perform all services stated on the receipt. I like the prior management better.
