Tim Jones was extremely helpful suggesting tires for my Mazda CX7, which take an unusual size. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me 3 choices. I had walked in just to get a quote but wound up bringing my car back same day to get the tires installed and alignment. I could have picked it up later that day but chose to get it the next morning out of convenience. Great price, quick and courteous service. I had gone to a different tire company prior and had the opposite experience. Tim Jones took care of my tire needs quickly and professionally. Drove my car home this morning and it rides great! I will definitely recommend NTB.

Heather is always willing to go the extra mile to explain the work or answer questions and the mechanics are also willing to get on the phone when I have detailed questions. They're always able to service our vehicle in a timely manner when my previous garage always required multi-day lead time.
