My car broke down at the gas station next door. Leslie came over to drive it to NTB,with it cutting off every time she gave it gas. This was around noon and the car was ready for pickup before 5! Great service. Thanks again for fixing my car!!!

While picking up my daughter's vehicle on a Friday afternoon, I had a service manager look at a broken bolt I had just discovered on the strut tower of my 2004 BMW 330i. The service manager agreed it was a serious concern and said they would be able to have master tech look at it in the morning, even though it was going to be a busy day. On Saturday the technicians confirmed the need to replace the strut tower bolt. However, my car has aftermarket suspension which made the standard replacement part & repair non-applicable. After realizing this, I communicated my desire to salvage the aftermarket components if at all possible. I was able to speak directly to the technician and provide information on the components, and he was able to make the repair without having to replace the aftermarket components. This saved a lot money for replacement parts while maintaining the car's performance. I was very satisfied with the ability to work with the service team and with the technician's ability to figure out a repair which met my needs, all within one busy day, and on short notice.

Work was done quickly and reasonably priced. Customer service was excellent and never felt pressure to get anything else done that was not part of initial request. A reliable and great group to work with. I would highly recommend
