I was on my way home and was getting ready to drive by NTB when I saw the State Inspection poster in the window and decided to stop just by chance to see if they could fit me in. Leslie Gorruso was extremely helpful when I first called to inquire on the availability of the tires I wanted. She was professional and friendly! Every member of the team I came in contact with was friendly and professional!

We arrived 20 minutes before closing and associates took care of me as if it was just opening for the day. I didn't experience any attitudes or since any irritation because they were about to close. They really took care of me and my family.

Did what I needed to have done

Every person working in this location was friendly, helpful, and professional. I made the comment to Leslie as to how great they were. One customer was being very rude and difficult and they did everything to make her happy but she was just rude. They never lost their patience, commendable since she was just awful. The part I needed for my vehicle was delivered incorrectly and John was swift to do what he could to get the correct part there quickly, the young lady working with him even offered to go pick it up. They all seem to be a great team there and very customer focused. It was a good experience.

Great fix, a little on the higher price end but the repair has brought us a new car

The Sales and Service members assisting me were outstanding and worked with me on the time and date to bring the vehicle into the shop. They also were very professional in getting the correct parts, pricing and out the door in a quick amount of time so I could continue my day. I rely on my personal vehicle for work and the downtime for repairs was minimal effect on my work day thanks to the team at Culpeper NTB.
